Some Frequently Asked Questions about the Download Store
Will you mail the plans to me ?
In order to keep the cost of the plans low we can only offer a download option from the website.
I‘m getting a message that the plan I purchased is no longer available.
Each plan purchased can be downloaded from the web site up to 3 times. A download will occur each time that you click on the link to look at or print the plan. If the total number of downloads has been exceeded then you will see this message instead of your plan. To prevent exceeding the download limit, save the plan locally on your computer so that you can look at it or print it as many times as you want. If you have exceeded the download limit before having a chance to save the plan locally on your computer, send a note to sales@kyserikekraftsman explaining your problem and we can reset the counter for your plan download.
I didn’t receive the email with the link to the plans I purchased.
The links to the plans that you purchased are sent to the email address that you specified on the order checkout page. Please check your spam or junk email folder as the email may have been placed there. If you still can not locate the email with the links then send an email to sales@kyserikekraftsman.com and we will generate another email with the links.
I’m having trouble viewing or printing the plan.
Make sure that you have the latest version of the Adobe Reader software installed on your computer. A link to download the latest version of Adobe Reader can be found on any of the download store pages.
Why did I receive more than one email after making the purchase of the woodworking plan?
You will receive an email from PayPal that describes the purchase transaction and method of payment.
You will also receive one or more emails directly from the Kyserike Kraftsman website that contain the links to your purchased plans. If there was a delay in the processing of the payment your first email may not contain the links. When payment confirmation has been received from PayPal the email with the links will be sent.
